Are you passionate about workforce development in Adult Social Care? We're looking for a proactive individual to lead our Workforce and Organisational Development Strategy, focusing on workforce planning, career pathways, and cultural change.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver workforce and OD strategies to meet service objectives.
Implement workforce development initiatives for cultural change and service improvement.
Oversee career progression frameworks, post-qualifying study, and student placements.
Collaborate with staff and managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and retention.
Manage training budgets to support service development.
Provide workforce development advice and guidance.
Lead commissioning and management of learning and development needs.
