Goodman Masson RPO are looking for a delivery focusd recruiter, with hands on recruitment experience and excellent stakeholder management skills, to join our team and manage our newest embedded RPO client. **Please note this role requires 1 day per week in the Oxfordshire based office and 1 day per week in London** If you are looking for a new challenge in house or want to to carry on adding value where you drive and manage the entire recruitment end to end process, this could an excellent opportunity for you! Working as part of a small delivery team you will have full responsibility and own the recruitment delivery of this important client. Embedded RPO is where an organisation outsources it's recruitment function to outside specialists who have a team on site, supported by a wider support team. Your role is to be our on-site embedded consultant integrated with our client. Requirements ~2-5 years hands on recruitment experience ~ High energy recruiter who enjoys luxury brands and hotels looking for an in-house role working as part of a embedded RPO delivery team. ~ Experience of Hospitality Recruitment for luxury hospitality brands, either in-house or agency side, recruiting for managerial positions up to Director would be ideal. However strong recruiters with from any professional recruitment background who would enjoy working for a luxury hospitality brand should apply. ~ Location is open, with agile working (1 day on client site, 1 day in London. ~ Some travel around the UK occasionally required to visit major properties and meet with stakeholders. About you A highly motivated and hands on recruiter will be suited to this position. Ideally you will have experience in Hospitality Recruitment. You will be articulate, credible and commercially savvy and have the confidence to build a rapport with candidates. You will be systematic, and process driven in your approach to managing the candidate base and effectively sourcing quality candidates. • Hands on agency or in house recruiter, experienced in complex stakeholder management • Adaptable in your approach and style depending on your client/stakeholder • Must be hands on and used to sourcing for multiple processes • Comfortable utilising LinkedIn and the latest recruitment tools for candidate acquisition • Strong communicator, credible, engaging, able to influence at al levels • Experience of very strong recruitment processes (methodical, thorough, results driven, performance responsible in all candidate sourcing, engagement, recruitment and reporting) The Perks A competitive salary and a great commission scheme!
