Restaurant Supervisor-B3 My client is a well-known high quality Caribbean restaurant based in Solihull, who is looking for a new Restaurant Supervisor to join and support the team to produce excellence service. They’re looking for a determined ambitious individual to join their fabulous team and bring smiles to all customers. The duties and responsibilities of the Restaurant Supervisor will be: Promoting operational excellence and consistently surpassing customer expectations. Training and motivating your team. Effectively managing shifts. Upholding high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety. Assisting the Management Team in achieving financial targets and non-financial KPIs. Our ideal Restaurant Supervisor will: · Be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Have proven leadership experience in food service or retail environments. · Possess a strong knowledge and practice of fundamental food safety principles.
