Regional Business Manager - High End Fitness Brand Circa £65k plus bonus OTE £75k-£80k London Based We are recruiting for this brand new role within a high end fitness brand in London as they take the next steps on their development. A world wide renowned brand they are developing their business operations with this exciting expansion in the UK market. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Commercial Sales Strategy : Develop and execute commercially focused sales strategies to achieve revenue and retention targets across the region. Team Leadership : Manage and mentor Sales Managers, ensuring they and their teams meet their sales and retention KPIs. Sales Process Management : Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring all team members follow best practices from lead generation to post-sale follow-up. KPI Monitoring : Track and analyse regional sales performance, providing commercially driven insights and regular reports to the Chief Experience Officer, adjusting strategies as needed to maximise profit. Client Retention : Implement effective retention strategies to increase client loyalty and lifetime value. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, customer success, and operations teams to ensure alignment between client acquisition, satisfaction, and retention efforts, always focusing on commercial impact. Operational Oversight: Manage In-Gym Operations Managers : Lead and support in-gym Operation Managers to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and high service standards at all gym locations. Multi-Site Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple gyms, ensuring consistent standards of service, maintenance, and compliance, with a focus on commercial efficiency. Facility Management : Ensure gym facilities are well-maintained, fully stocked, and meet all health and safety regulations, while managing operational costs effectively. Client Experience : Ensure that clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint, supporting both sales and retention objectives, and driving long-term commercial success. Complaint Management : Collaborate with Gym Managers and Operation Managers to resolve client complaints efficiently, maintaining positive client relationships and protecting revenue. Health & Safety : Oversee compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring all staff are up-to-date with required certifications, including first aid. Reporting : Provide regular operational and sales reports, with a focus on commercial outcomes, including gym performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency, to the Chief Experience Officer. Required Skills & Competencies: Leadership and Coaching : Proven ability to lead and mentor both Sales Managers and Operation Managers, focusing on commercial success across multiple locations. Commercial Focus : Strong business acumen, with the ability to make commercially driven decisions that balance revenue growth and cost control. Sales Expertise : A proven track record of driving sales growth, with experience managing sales teams to achieve revenue and retention goals. Operational Acumen : Experience managing the operational functions of multiple facilities, ensuring cost-effective, high-standard service delivery. Multi-Site Management : Demonstrated experience managing multiple locations or sites, ensuring commercial and operational consistency across all. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with clients, staff, and senior management. Problem-Solving Skills : A solutions-driven approach to address operational and sales challenges, with a focus on protecting and growing commercial interests. Data-Driven Decision Making : Ability to analyse sales and operational data to make informed, commercially focused decisions. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales Targets : Achieve regional sales and retention goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth across multiple sites while controlling costs. Operational Excellence : Ensure all gyms operate efficiently, meeting commercial objectives for health, safety, and client satisfaction. Client Satisfaction : Maintain high levels of client satisfaction across the region, addressing issues promptly to protect revenue and retention. Team Performance : Ensure Sales Managers and in-gym Operation Managers meet or exceed performance expectations in both sales and service delivery, contributing to the commercial success of the region.
