This is a fantastic opportunity for you to take ownership of a key project, driving it to successful completion while showcasing your leadership and site management skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors, enforce health and safety regulations, and maintain effective communication with the project team and clients.
You should have proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a regional contractor, and a strong track record of successfully delivering projects of similar value. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential.
This position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus a comprehensive package, with opportunities for further career growth within a respected regional contractor.
