We are looking for experienced service professionals with a passion for driving an excellent customer experience, who can thrive in a rapidly growing, dynamic business with a huge emphasis on collaborating with our clients to help them deliver exceptional service.The role as Project Management Office Lead (PMO) at UP3, you will play a vital role in optimising, leading and overseeing the effective and efficient execution of our project management office for all our customer engagements. You will be responsible for maintaining and driving our standards, processes and governance providing full support and enablement for the Professional Services delivery team. This role requires a strong background in project management, leadership skills and a track record of working in a PMO role with proven successes.We’re looking for someone who can relate to our values and the type of company we are. Take pride in sharing what you know.If you see something that needs doing, roll up your sleeves and get it done.Remember, at some point, you did something for the first time.Key Responsibilities Strategic leadership: Support workstream leaders in developing and implementing PMO strategies, methodologies and best practices to support UP3’s strategic goals and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.Project governance: Enforce project management standards, processes and governance frameworks and ensure compliance with established methodologies.Resource management: Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimise utilisation and project delivery.Performance tracking: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and effectiveness providing regular reports and dashboards to senior leadership.Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Continuous improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all professional services teams including taking lessons learned and driving process enhancements.Essential skills and experience: You do not need to meet every single criteria below to apply, please submit your CV if you think you’d be a good fit for the role.Proven experience in project management in an Agile environmentProven experience in resource managementStrong leadership and people management skillsKnowledge of project management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced knowledge of Agile SCRUM methodologiesAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentStrong organisational and time management abilitiesStrategic thinker with a results orientated mindsetAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesWhat’s in it for you?
