Warehouse Operative £25,880.40 per annum Daventry, Northamptonshire Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm & Friday 7am until 3pm Permanent - Immediate start available Our Daventry based client are a well-established small independent manufacturer. They are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their busy warehouse team as a Warehouse Operative. You will be required to drive the company van and also operate a counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Warehouse Operative responsibilities include: Operate filling machines for dispensing and filling of products into containers Packing products into outer cases, palletising, ready for dispatch Regular Pallet wrapping Putting away pallets of goods received and retrieving containers from stock and preparing for production Regular lifting of product Other general warehouse duties as required Van Driving ( Clean Licence essential) Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Operating (Accredited Licence preferable BUT not essential as training can be given) Warehouse Operative requirements: Previous warehouse / manufacturing experience Be self-motivated and able to work on your own or as part of a team Good communication skills Have a continuous improvement mindset*Full training will be provided* Please apply in the first instance with a copy of your CV.
