Ticketing manager - Required for this luxury tour operator. London based, lovely offices based in the West end. Ticketing management/Supervisory experience is a must as well as strong Amadeus experience. Salary around 40k plus great benefits
Ticketing managers duties
-Manage a team of 4 ticketers, rotas, holidays, sickness etc
-Manage fair distribution through Amadeus
-Issue, revalidate, re-issue and exchange tickets through Amadeus
-Carry out quality checks and seek cost savings
-Manage Queues
-Process and apply for refunds, assist with BSP reconciliation and handle ADMs/ACMSs
-Provide air support for sales
Ticketing managers skills required
-Ticketing manager or supervisory experience
-Very strong on Amadeus
-Tour operator experience
-Ticketing qualifications
-Very strong airfares knowledge
