Asset Management Associate (Hotels)London Based OfficeUK Hotel Portfolio £60k - £80k + Bonus We are excited to be working with one of Europe's largest hotel operator and asset managers with a portfolio of over £2bn AUM, they are looking for an experienced Hotel Asset Management Associate to join their growing team to focus on their brand new high-end UK portfolio. Their strategic partnerships with PERE 100 Firms enable them to execute opportunistic and value-add investment strategies. With over 5,000 hotel rooms, they own, asset manage, and operate properties in collaboration with international brands with a focus in the Lifestyle space. Key Responsibilities:Manage the valuation analyses, reporting, and forecasting of a large scale hospitality portfolio across the UKPreparing annual budgets along with investment memoranda to report to key investorsManaging Capex and running detailed RIO scenarios.
