Assistant Site Manager

Assistant Site Manager needed in Manchester! Working alongside one of my key clients, I'm looking to help recruit an Assistant Site Manager, in Manchester. My client are a housing contractor, known & respected for delivering housing & apartments to the affordable market in & around Greater Manchester and the wider North West, for Housing Associations, Registered Providers & Councils alike. About the company: They've grown a lot in the last 5 years and are continuing to grow which means this could be an exciting time to join with lots of opportunity for progression & further development in the near future, at a rate of knots much faster than the PLC's & larger regional contractors & house builders. They're looking for Assistance on a site in East Manchester. It consists of a mixture of houses & apartments. But we're not talking hundreds of plots. It's a nice manageable number for yourself & the experienced & long-standing/serving Site Manager who's already on site. My client aren't looking for the finished article. Hence the salary banding on offer. If you're an Assistant with 3-5 years experience with a volume house builder then this likely isn't for you & the salary banding below will reflect that. This would suit a Trainee Assistant, even. Someone with a year or so site experience who's keen to continue their work in an environment they'll really get the support from management around & above. My client are even offering to progress someone towards & through their NVQ Level 6 qualification in the future. Great for the individual and something they're finding is an increasing requirement for the clients which they work with. The salary on offer here is between £26k and £32k plus benefits.
