Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Home Respirator Business Location: United Kingdom We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to oversee our Home Respirator business in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the respiratory and sleep therapy markets, with a strong network in the field of Respiratory or CPAP. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the UK market. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the Global VP. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5-8 years of sales experience in the Respirator or Sleep Therapy industry. ~ Extensive network and strong relationships within the Respiratory or CPAP field. ~ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. ~ Willingness to travel as required.
