Non Stop care are working with a well established authority in the South East who are looking for a Senior Practitioner / experience social worker for the newly developed working age mental health and Substance Misuse Service. The role offers hybrid working, reduced caseloads alongside a competitive hourly rate With this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored care plans and interventions, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to progress on their recovery journey.
