Job Title: CTRM Delivery Lead

Overview:
Our client is embarking on a significant CTRM greenfield programme to consolidate multiple systems and businesses into a new instance of Aspect (ION). The CTRM Delivery Lead will lead this global roll-out covering 300+ users across multiple regions, implementing products such as biofuels, oil distillates, carbon emissions, base metals, steel, precious metals, LNG, and soft commodities—front-to-back.
The ideal candidate will possess technical and functional expertise, particularly in commodities and be comfortable working with business and technical teams. Although much of the implementation will be managed by a third-party vendor, the CTRM Delivery Lead will serve as the vital conduit between the end client and the vendors. They will ensure that the solutions delivered are fit for purpose and meet all business requirements. This individual must balance internal stakeholders and external partners, align all parties toward common goals, and effectively communicate any trade-offs.
Skills and Experience:
• Aspect (ION) CTRM Experience: Proven experience delivering at least one full-scale Aspect implementation.
• Deep Commodities Expertise: Expert knowledge of commodities covering a broad range of products covering the physical and financial trade lifecycle.
• Delivery Leadership: Experience delivering global commodity trading and risk management system rollouts covering front-to-back implementations.
• Stakeholder and third-party Vendor Management: Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior business and technology leaders and third-party vendors such as ION.
• Team Leadership: Experience managing cross-functional teams, including business analysts and developers.
• Project Management: Strong skills in project planning and execution, including managing timelines, resources, and risks.
• Change Management: Lead the change management process, including user training and ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption.
