The firms Marketing and Communications team have an exciting new opportunity for an Investment Management Marketing Compliance Consultant to join the team.

This is a newly created role whereby the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reviewing reviewing the financial promotions, ensuring they are compliant in line with FCA rules.

About The Role

• Assess and approve the firms financial promotions and documents.
• Offer marketing compliance support and guidance to all areas of the Proposition & Strategy and Marketing teams.
• Be the first point of contact for compliance queries and investment management.
• Provide compliance advice for marketing projects in relation to financial promotions.
• Conduct control testing of the financial promotions review and approval process.
• Deliver training to the Marketing Compliance team to help increase their knowledge.
• Deliver compliance insight by monitoring regulatory developments at the FCA.
