You'll be the client advocate across solutions and services, acting as a strategic advisor across our client portfolio, nurturing client relationships and guiding our potential partners into the new era of measurement. You will be responsible for leading the solutions and services team. From resource and client management, to brand lift study kick off and coaching your team to impactful deliverables- all while collaborating across teams, ensuring we're always in tune with the market's groove and delivering top-notch service to our clients.KEY REMIT:Strategic Insight Continue to set the gold standard for strategic excellence in Influencer Marketing and ensure we are ever evolving and levelling up to offer maximum value for our clientsCoach team members to test client hypotheses and uncover the “why” of their marketing effortsCoach team members to build actionable blueprints for “what next” using our tech and data to identify optimisation levers with creative, targeting and distribution across the full funnelClient Satisfaction Client Satisfaction is the northstar metric for your team- you’ll be the authority on excellenceCoach team members on exceptional client service and account management skillsContinuously improve internal and external ways of working, creating best practices, FAQs, and training materials to make the experience better and better evermore for all stakeholdersTeam ManagementLead a team of 5 (and growing) Insight Managers to deliver high quality and impactful workDevelop research and soft skills for your team in order for them to progress in their careers.Regularly provide coaching and feedback to team members to drive constant improvementCommunication and CollaborationReport to the VP of Product on team OKR’s to drive continuous internal and external excellenceCollaborate with the sales to support both new biz and account growthRegularly collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders- from design, engineering, data, operations, client strategy, sales, marketing to drive business growth Drive efficiencies and processes in effort to reduce COGs, such as improved ways of working, resource allocation and automation. Help us build an evermore powerful platform that both automates and empowers strategic insight as well as account management and help us develop accessible self-serveable solutions for clients to scale the impact ThisThat has far and wideREQUIREMENTS:7+ years proven experience in an insight or research role (social, marketing or media environment is a plus).4+ years of experience managing and growing junior team members.Exceptional track record of client relationship management.Exceptional skills in strategic consultancy using insightExceptional skills in data analysis, XL, deck creation, and presenting.Experience designing and implementing research related to brand lift.A passion for influencer marketing, creator economy and social media trends.Strong communication and data visualisation skills, especially when presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders.Experience managing multiple projects, multiple stakeholders, and multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent organisational and time management skills, and attention to detail.A growth mindset approach to their role.WHY JOIN:You’ll be at the forefront of innovation shaping a fast-growing industry Share Options: Benefit from ThisThat's success
