Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide timely reports and insights to support informed decision-making. Financial Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies. Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Provide guidance and support in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Represent the company in financial matters and ensure effective communication of financial performance and strategies.
