Position: Concierge/Security Officer (SIA Licence Required) Salary: £27,000 plus benefits Hours: Day Shifts-Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm Location: Plaistow Duration: Initially 6-month contract Are you an experienced Concierge/Security Officer looking for a new opportunity? Key Responsibilities: " Be first point of contact for all visitors and guests. " Ensure all front of house communal areas are kept clean and presentable. " Welcome residents and visitors; manage key control procedures. " Conduct regular patrols and ensure any unauthorised individuals are moved off-site. " Coordinate property viewings and assist residents during move-ins. " Follow Health & Safety protocols and report any issues promptly. Requirements: " Previous experience in a residential or concierge role ideally high end property or housing . " Exceptional communication and organisational skills. " A professional appearance and commitment to delivering a high level of service. " SIA Licence essential " Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong attention to detail.
