Semi Senior Accountant Chester and Derby £25,000 - £30,000 Time Recruitment are proud to be representing one of the best accountancy practices to work for in the UK. They're currently going through an exciting period of growth and place a heavy emphasis on developing their staff. They are an award-winning practise with around 250 staff spread across multiple sites over the North and West of England. Due to this period of growth, they're looking to bring onboard a Semi Senior Accountant to help with the day to day running of the business. The role will involve the following: - * Support Senior Accountants and Managers to deliver a great service to our clients * Prepare year-end financial statements and management accounts to help clients achieve their goals. * Calculate corporation tax and personal tax liabilities and offer tax planning ideas. * Cultivate long-lasting relationships with our clients. * Train and support clients with Xero. * Work collaboratively with managers and other departments to support the overall delivery of services. * Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience. * Coach and develop the accounts trainees About you:- * Be part-qualified, working towards your ACA / ACCA, with practice experience * Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable * Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment * Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator. * Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts Benefits:- Here's a few reasons to come and join this great firm, but you'll find loads more once you get your feet under the table: * Generous holiday allowance * Flexible hybrid working * Fully funded study support * Tailored learning and development * Company pension * Health MOTs * Mental health support * A fully loaded wellbeing, social & community calendar.
