We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef at LBG 10 Gresham Street.Location: LBG 10 Gresham Street Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities Prepare and oversee all preparation of food to the highest standard and in line with the Vacherin style. Ensure that all appropriate ingredients are available, coordinate stock ordering and stocktaking for the entire operation.
