This firm are known as one of the largest full service law firms outside of London.The team are specifically tier one, this is in light of the outstanding advice that they give to their top tier Commercial client base. The team act for a range of sectors including local authorities, education providers, technology clients and government clients.In this role there would be a real mix of public and private sector work. Examples of matters include:Commercial ContractsPublic procurementDue diligenceSmall amount of client supportThe ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Excellent attention to detail, drafting and communication skillsThe ability to manage a varied case loadExperience of providing legal advice to senior executivesGreat general commercial experience including services and supply contracts, manufacturing, distribution, technology contractsExperience or interest in telecoms, data protection, public procurement are desirableIdeally you will be 5+ PQE with strong experience in managing a Commercial case load.On offer is a competitive salary, high value, high quality work, hybrid working and clear progression routes.
