Family/Civil Paralegal A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family/Civil Paralegal to join a leading commercial dispute City firm.You will be working closely with one of the UK’s top-ranked Family lawyers. He leads the Family team and primarily represents high-net-worth individuals in both domestic and international cases involving significant assets. He is also a highly skilled Children Act practitioner with extensive experience in child abduction cases.What’s on Offer:Able to work on HNW Family/Civil complex cases within a small team.Closely supporting the head of the department.Up to £35K per annum, plus benefits.Your New Role:Preparing and collating financial disclosure bundles for court and papers for counsel.Taking an attendance note at client/counsel sessions and court hearings.Due diligence and disclosure.Creating client documents (e.g., Form E, asset schedule, Questionnaire, Form H) or sending emails/letters.About You:Strong academics including law degree or equivalent qualification.Previous Family or civil experience from a law firm preferably.Experience with trail prep including bundling and drafting.Need to do 5 days a week in office with 4:1 hybrid working after settle period.Apply Now:The successful Family/Civil Paralegal will be offered a salary up to £35K depending on experience.
