Repairs Coordinator

£13.93 per hour Based in Brislington - fully office based Monday - Friday - hours between 08:30am - 18:00pm Temporary - until 31st December initially Tate are working with a local authority in their search for a Repairs Coordinator to work in their Housing and Landlords Service. You would be based in their Responsive Repairs Team with main duties including: Ensuring the day - to day operations run smoothly and quality / SLA's are met. Monitoring a shared inbox - actioning and responding to enquiries. Logging online forms, triaging action needed and updating databases. Dealing with enquiries from residents, colleagues and other stake holders, by email, telephone and text. Raising repair orders, arranging appointments with residents & scheduling work to site based teams.Skills / experience: Strong administration experience Repairs / housing experience Aware of repairs / housing legislation (desirable)Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
