Chef de Partie Requirements: Experience : Solid background as a Chef De Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to advance. Skills : Proven expertise in banqueting, large-scale food preparation, menu planning, and crafting homemade starters and sweets. Main course and sauce preparation experience is essential. Attributes : Team player, hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about culinary excellence.
