THE ROLE:
As a Campaign Delivery Executive, you will execute a variety of different campaign types for our clients providing seamless end-to-end experience. Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you will be in charge of campaign strategy, client relations and more:
Managing all aspects of campaign delivery, from set up to delivery, whilst monitoring progress throughout
Preparing and creating campaign collateral in line with client expectations
Communicating with key stakeholders to assist with the smooth running of campaigns
Working with client services & sales to understand client needs and recommend the correct product strategy
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure the campaign is meeting expectations
Using specialist software such as Integrate to set up and deliver campaigns
Collecting and analysing data to produce detailed, analytical end of campaign reports for clients
Support campaign briefing process
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in lead generation or campaign management necessary
Excellent IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Project administration skills
Ability to prioritise many moving parts and adhere to deadlines
Strong attention to detail in all areas of work
You thrive in a start-up environment and are truly self motivated - you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Team player – the ability to work with and support your team
