Scrum Master

An experienced Scrum Master is now sought by a leading Organisation based in Birmingham. As the successful Scrum Master, your role will include:Developing solutions for new and existing platformsFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos) Mentoring, coaching and teaching engineers as an expert in scrum and agile best practices.You'll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmapEssential experience required for the Scrum Master:Proven Scrum Master from within technology and application deliveryStrong IT / technical knowledge, able to communicate with technical teamsExceptional project management capabilities Proven supplier and vendor managementPrevious mentoring and continuous improvement of agile processesDegree educated or have worked within the education sectorIt would be beneficial to have experience of working with ServiceNow, On-Prem and SAAS data rich applications.As the Scrum Master you will need to attend site at least one day a week and will be offered a starting salary of £55,000 - £60,000 plus exceptional benefits including generous pension and annual leave.
