Project Manager - Construction (Client Side) – Saudi - $140,000 (net) + package (12 month FTC)

Our client is a Leading Construction Engineering/Groundworks specialist who need an international Project Manager to oversee construction of a new Precast Concrete Factory in Saudi. As Project Manager you will oversee manage the project from preconstruction & design development through tender/appointing contractors to close out and completion. You will have ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the construction of the projects. This is a 12 month expat project based in the West, supporting NEOM. Duties:Able to manage and oversee the project. Participate and support the Design Management of the buildings with the consultants. Coordinate the tender for the construction contract.Attend meetings, liaise and co-ordinate in technical discussions drawings etc with Project Architects, MEP service consultants, clients and key stakeholders independently. Ensure QA/QC procedures are established and monitored.Prepare and submit project programmes, review variation claims, progress reports etc. Monitor Payment claims to with project architects. Update programmes and propose recovery plans. Plan labour, materials etc. Ensure monthly /HSE meetings and monitor their progress. Prepare/certify contractors payment certificates. You will have/be:Bachelor’s degree (Civ Eng or equivalent).10 or more years’ experience in Project Management, capable of project execution from inception to handover ideally having built/commissioned Factory/Plant. Previous relevant experience in the Middle East.Fluent in English.
