Founded in 2021, we’ve had an outstanding first few years and are now looking to bring on a Delivery Consultant to take us to the next level.

This role is a crucial position involving establishing relationships with top candidates in the space, understanding the needs of our clients, and overall driving efficiency across our key processes for success.

We are a driven and fun team based in Twickenham, London. The successful candidate can expect full training directly from our founders and management team, as well as continued learning & development throughout the role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage online job advertisements for Network Talent; create posting schedules, tracking daily and managing candidate pipeline effectively
• Write effective & creative job advertisements for all live vacancies
• Source sales talent for a range of fast-growth SaaS & tech organisations globally
• Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and job requirements
• Register & interview candidates looking for new job opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the company's CRM
• Complete additional sales & recruitment administration tasks such as data entry
• Help build our company brand via social media channels
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry knowledge to provide valuable insights

Package

• Up to £25,000 basic salary
• OTE £40,000 (uncapped)
• 12-week training / onboarding programme with continuous learning & development opportunities thereafter
