Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable results. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, with a proven ability to drive success through both digital and traditional marketing channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign plans that align with client goals, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Execution & Management: Oversee the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Creative Briefing: Work closely with creative teams to develop campaign assets, including ad copy, graphics, videos, and other content. Ensure all creative aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to clients and internal teams.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to inform campaign strategies and enhance effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including strategy, design, content, and media buying, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaign execution.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during the campaign process, working quickly to find solutions and keep campaigns on track.
  • Post-Campaign Analysis: Conduct thorough post-campaign evaluations, including performance reviews and lessons learned. Present findings to clients and recommend next steps.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within an agency setting. Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns.


Skills:

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
