About the BusinessThis consumer-led business is a leader in its field and has a true commitment to serving its client base and holding itself to a high standard of accountability in matters such as the environment and sustainability.About the Opportunity - Part-time Competition Lawyer, 12 monthsThe business now had a need for a Competition lawyer to join on a flexible basis and likely 3 days a week for the foreseeable future (although not on a permanent basis.) During your time with the business, you will need to hit the ground running on pressing competition matters and you will provide key legal support to the business on a range of competition issues. You will provide advice and guidance on competition and related regulatory issues to the business at all levels, with the ability to do this in a commercial context being paramount. You be involved with investigations including submissions and information requests.About YouThe role requires a competent competition lawyer with broad competition experience who can demonstrate a commercial approach. Ideally, the role with start relatively soon but there is flexibility around this.You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, depending on what the business requires at any point in time.This is a unique opportunity to work part-time on high quality Competition work for a well-respected business.
