Breakfast Chef

Join us as a Breakfast Chef at our unique boutique luxury hotel in central London. 40 hour per week contract £33,000 base salary plus around £3000-4000 service charge per annum plus paid overtime. Shifts are usually 5 days on and two days off - 5:00 am until 1:30 pm. As a Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for: Preparing breakfast at our Japanese inspired restaurant, TOKii. THis includes a la carte hot breakfast, Japanese breakfast and continental buffet breakfast. Preparing for the breakfast shift. Preparing for the lunch shift. Ensuring that the cleanliness of all the food preparation and storage areas. To be conversant with all the menus within the hotel. Assisting with the staff food and lunch menu when required.
