Class 1 Hgv Driver

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients busy distribution centre based in Avonmouth as a Class 1 Driver, working 5 shifts a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their career with a large company. Immediate Starts Available. Class 1 Delivery Driver * Morning Starts - 00:00-08:00 approx 10-12 hour shifts. * 5 Shifts a week Monday-Friday. * Pay Rates are as follows: Pay Rates are as follows: Weekdays Days (06:00 - 1600) - £16.14 (£18.08 with Hols up front) Afternoons (Apply online only)) - £17.76 (£19.90 with Hols up front) Nights (2200 – 0600) - £19.36 (£21.69 with Hols up front) Time & a Half after 45 hours Weekends Days (0600 – 1600) - £20.98 (£23.51 with Hols up front) Afternoons (Apply online only)) - £23.08 (£25.86 with Hols up front) Nights (2200 – 0600) - £25.18 (£28.21 with Hols up front) * 5 Shifts a week Mon-Fri * Start ASAP ongoing work – assessment required Class 1 Delivery Driver Responsibilities * Store Deliveries. * Loading & unloading required - Cages, Dollies & Rails. * Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab. * Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving. Essential Experience/ Qualities for this position * Great work ethic. * Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience. * Digital Tacho Card & CPC Card. * Be professional and presentable at all times. * Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances. * Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license. * No IN10, TT99 or DR10
