Damp & Mould Case Manager

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Damp & Mould Case Manager. You will be responsible for managing your own workload and holding a substantial influence within the Property Services Team. If you are an enthusiastic, conscientious person and are looking for a new opportunity then this could be the position for you. * Be the lead for the management of all damp and mould cases, applying a customer focused service and ensuring all cases are structurally managed to completion. * Develop and guide the new team to ensure a high standard delivery of core services. * Manage damp and mould surveyors. * Embrace a zero tolerance to D&M and ensure that the outputs align with legislative standards. * Be aware of new guidance and or legislation and adapting processes to ensure we meet the statutory obligations and ensure customers feel safe in their homes. * Identify trends in D&M occurrences and focus on permanent solutions prevent re-occurrence. * Work closely with Housing Team to ensure that issues are managed collectively in resolving and dealing with customer issues. * Responsible to the Head of Service for the achievement of key performance targets, the provision of monitoring reports and action plans in line with objectives.
