The Trade Operations Support Analyst will;
- Provide support to front-office users on trading product suite.
- Act as key point of contact r for trading, messaging and risk related issues to users.
- Interact with senior management and traders on a daily basis.
- Extensive interaction with front-office users.
- Resolve exchange queries and real-time trading issues.
- Test and execute production changes.
The Trade Operations Support Analyst will need:
- A degree in a STEM related subject.
- To be front-office focused, experience working with front office users is required.
- Experience of Excel - VBA.
- FIX Protocol - FIX Connectivity or ITCH experience is essential.
- OnBoarding experience is required.
- Experience working for a Brokerage, Exchange, hedge fund, or investment bank.
- Algorithmic trading experience highly beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
