New Business Development Manager Location: Hinxton, Cambs Hours: 37.5hours Monday to Friday onsite Salary: £30-34k with bi annual bonus and a potential monthly bonus Start Date: ASAP Unicorn Resourcing is thrilled to be working with our client based in Saffron Waldon, Essex, who is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced New Business Development Manager. Our client is a leading company in their industry and is offering a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to make a significant impact and develop their career. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the company and clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation. Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline, forecasts, and revenue. Skills & Experience Required Prior experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. From a manufacturing or production background ideally such as windows/doors or similar Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a results-driven mindset. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business development principles and practices. Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales management tools. Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
