For the successful Bid Writer our client is offering: Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 Permanent 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Annual pay review Company pension scheme Potential to earn an annual EOT (Employee-Owned Trust) bonus, based on the profitability of the business Access to an employee assistance programme to support your health and wellbeing Access to mental health first aiders The role - Bid Writer: Support all divisions winning new work through the pre-qualification and tender process, writing responses to support our tender and commercial proposals. Key support for the Group Bid Manager and Bid Administrator Writing / editing of responses Understanding business strategies to incorporate them into responses Meeting timescales for delivery of work Maintaining internal content Communicating with colleagues throughout the business to gain information Checking drafts for clarity, grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure and formatting, and confirming that the response answers the question asked Producing high quality documents and ensuring completed bids/proposals meet the bid specification Excellent time management / prioritisation skills. Forensic attention to detail and meticulous proof-reading skills.
