Capital Solutions VP/Director – London

Our client, a leading international fund, are seeking to add a talented VP/Director level Capital Solutions and Special Situations investment professional to their well-established and top-performing team in London. This role will see the chosen candidate sourcing, analysing, and executing across both public and private special situations opportunities in Europe and as such, will need to be able to demonstrate:An in-depth knowledge of the European high yield, loan, distressed and special situations credit marketA strong network of professionals across sell-side sales and trading desks, regional banks, restructuring advisors and law firmsProven ability to identify, analyse, underwrite and execute complex debt situationsStrong communication and presentation skills to both internal team members and external stakeholdersCollaborative work with other senior members of the global investment teamThis role would be suited to a Vice President or Director level professional, however, our client is keen not to exclude those Senior Associate level professionals with exceptional experience that are able to demonstrate the above requirements.
