Construction Project Manager MRICS | MAPM

Home based Project Manager / Project Surveyor (MRICS or MAPM) covering CONSTRUCTION and HOUSING PROJECTS Do you crave the freedom to work independently but also value a supportive team environment? We represent an independent remote-first building surveying practice looking for an experienced surveyor / PM to join a small friendly team. This role is perfect for you if: * You're a chartered surveyor or project manager (MRICS or MAPM) with strong contract administration and employer's agent experience. D&B and JCT. * You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering building and condition surveys, PPM and specifications. * You thrive working independently in a supportive environment that values your expertise. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: * Manage a variety of projects, from large-scale planned maintenance programs to smaller refurbishments. * Lead on your own cladding remediation projects for major developers (think multi-million pound jobs!). * Further opportunities for party wall matters and contract administration. * Share your knowledge by mentoring and developing junior team members (optional but highly rewarding!). * Ideally based in Herts, Cambs or Essex covering project across the North Home Counties and London.
