Be part of change and improvement: The site has had a strong focus on continuous improvement in recent years, join now and be a part of the process.Your New Position As an integral member of a dynamic engineering team, you will work on a variety of plant machinery and production equipment ensuring the plant can meet its production targets. Completing planned preventative maintenance tasks. Conducting a variety of fault-finding and repair work. Installing new production equipment and machinery.What you will need to apply: A time-served electrical apprenticeship. Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Good PLC knowledge.Your package: A salary of £43,550 (including shift allowance) + 35 days holiday (including bank holidays), 5% employer pension contribution and the chance to increase your earnings with overtime at boosted rates. Work pattern: You will work a 3-shift pattern of mornings (6am-2pm), afternoons (2pm-10pm) and nights (10pm-6am).
