Qualifications: Legal Qualification: Qualified Paralegal with substantial experience in commercial and construction law. Paralegal certifications or equivalent are preferred. Experience: Proven experience in a commercial paralegal role within the construction sector, handling complex contracts and legal documentation. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
