Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Midlands & North West (Field Based)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Car / Car Allowance
I am currently looking for a HRBP for a leading facilities management company based in Birmingham.
As HRBP you will partner with the Operational Teams to provide a fantastic employee experience which results in engaged colleagues, enhanced customer experience, improved business results, and an inclusive culture with a diverse workforce where the company create a great place to work for their people.
You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR Team to develop, shape, and deliver the HR Strategy with appropriate strategic solutions which enable the business to achieve its goals.
You will act as a trusted partner who will develop deep business insight to effectively advise and coach leaders. Playing a pivotal role in making the company a great place to work, with a strong focus on employee engagement, talent & succession, D&I and cultural change. You will be responsible for bringing evidence-based practice into the Business and addressing the people challenges the Business faces.
About you:
Be a true HR generalist, with practitioner experience of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning and Development, Employment Law (including TUPE) and Employee Relations, Policy and HR Shared Services, and where applicable industrial relations.
