We are looking to hire a Marketing Assistant position to support the growth of CorrosionRADAR. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in marketing and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, detail orientated with strong organisational skills and a passion for marketing.  Day-to-Day Activities Can Include, But Are Not Limited To:·      Manage Content Calendar: Oversee the content calendar across key channels to ensure consistent and strategic content publication, aligning with marketing goals and campaigns.·      Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital marketing channels, including blogs, social media, emails, video and the company website, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. ·      Marketing Material Development: Assist in the creation of diverse marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and other collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.·      Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events. Handle logistics, communication, and follow-up to ensure successful event outcomes.·      Campaign Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and activities. Analyse data and provide detailed reports on the effectiveness of campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.·      Database and CRM Management: Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness to support marketing and sales efforts.·      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure they have the necessary marketing support and resources. Collaborate to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.Skills and ExperienceBA Hons in Business Management or a Marketing-related field (not essential).A keen interest in marketing and its role within a business.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
