They pride themselves on our supportive community, dedicated staff, and our commitment to continuous improvement.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team.The successful TA will work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of our students.This role is ideal for a teaching assistant who is enthusiastic about education and has a genuine interest in helping children achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesClassroom Support:Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Individual and Group Support:Provide targeted support to individual students or small groups, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.Resource Preparation:Assist in the preparation of learning materials and resources.Behaviour Management:Support the implementation of the school's behaviour policy, promoting positive behaviour and addressing any issues promptly.Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents as required.Extra-Curricular Activities:Assist with the planning and supervision of extra-curricular activities and school trips.RequirementsQualifications:Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.Experience:Previous experience working in a school setting is desirable.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and a proactive approach to supporting student learning.Attributes:Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with children.BenefitsProfessional Development:Opportunities for continuous professional development and training.Supportive Environment:Work within a supportive and friendly team.Career Progression:Potential for career advancement within the school.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this role, click 'apply now' to submit an up-to-date copy of your CV.
