Email Marketing Specialist

About Us: Big Appetite Co. is an innovative venture studio leveraging data, AI, and design to build B2C and B2B brands. Role Overview: We are seeking a part-time or freelance email marketing expert with experience in both DTC email marketing and B2B email outreach. You will be responsible for creating, running, and optimising email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and growth for our portfolio of brands. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute effective B2B email outreach campaigns. including the creation of email sequences and workflows. Create high-converting DTC email campaigns using Klaviyo , including the creation of email sequences and workflows . Craft compelling, persuasive, and on-brand email copy that maximises engagement and conversion rates. Run A/B tests, analyse metrics, and adjust strategies to optimise open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions. Leverage data to segment audiences and personalise emails, enhancing relevance and customer engagement. Apply your deep understanding of human behaviour and psychology to improve email messaging and campaign performance. Report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience with Apollo.io for B2B cold email outreach and email sequence creation . Proven experience with Klaviyo for DTC email marketing, including the ability to set up effective email workflows . Skilled in effective copywriting for email marketing, with a track record of engaging and converting audiences. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation. Deep understanding of human behaviour, psychology, and consumer decision-making. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Preferred: Experience in startup environments. Familiarity with AI.
