We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our dynamic and supportive People team. covering a 6 month internal secondment. As an integral part of the Quarry Kitchen team, you will take ownership of critical HR functions, including ER case management and day-to-day HR operations. This is a pivotal role where you will actively contribute to building a business that people love to workwhilst supporting delivery of our broaderPeople strategy. Main Responsibilities Lead Employee Relations (ER) : Take a lead role in managing complex ER cases, including grievance and disciplinary procedures, absence management, conflict resolution, and performance management. Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and managers on ER issues, offering expert advice & guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. Contribute to improving manager capability across all all ER areas. People Operations : Support delivery of efficient daily People operations and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our B-Corp Certified, values driven People practices. Employee Engagement & Culture Building : Work collaboratively across sites to support ad-hoc initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, including organizing team briefings, social events, and recognition programs. Mentorship & Leadership : Provide mentorship to junior members of the People team, offering guidance on ER cases, training, and HR best practices. Lead by example to ensure that People services are delivered with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Recruitment: Support with Quarry Kitchen recruitment The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in HR, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations. Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and disciplinary/grievance procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Experience managing training programs and HR operational functions, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment. Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on employee well-being and company objectives. TPBN1_UKTJ
