About the Role As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in servicing, maintaining, and repairing cutting-edge dental equipment across your designated region. You'll work with a wide range of high-tech systems, ensuring that dental professionals can rely on their equipment to provide the best care for their patients. Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and breakdown support for a portfolio of advanced dental systems. Delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring minimal disruption and downtime for their practice. Diagnosing technical issues efficiently and providing expert recommendations for solutions. Building strong, lasting relationships with clients by offering proactive advice and ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standards. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in dental technology through comprehensive manufacturer training programs. Providing accurate service reports and collaborating with the wider engineering team to ensure swift resolution of technical challenges.Your Background The client is looking for someone with a technical background who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. To be successful, you should have: A qualification in electronics, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field. Hands-on experience in field service, ideally within an electronics or electro-mechanical environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently while delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner when interacting with clients. A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel across your region.Why Join the Client?
