Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Technology Lawyer
Our client, a global media business, is looking to hire a commercial technology lawyer to cover a maternity leave starting ASAP for 12 months.
The role will focus on supporting technology transactions; negotiating on commercial tech contracts such as cloud agreements, SaaS, MSA’s, outsourcing agreements, AI tools, etc.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ PQE with experience in negotiating commercial tech contracts gained either from an in-house legal environment or private practice.
