Contracts Manager - SMSTS

Salter Grange are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join a forward-thinking construction company who operate across the UK for both public and private sectors - specializing in various sectors like housing, hotels, and educational institutions. This role will be Based in London, this role will see you managing high-value projects ranging from £20M – £80M. Lead the delivery of multiple construction sites, ensuring safety, quality, and timely project execution. Serve as the key interface between clients, subcontractors, and site teams, fostering positive relationships. Oversee all site operations, ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Provide direction to subcontractors, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and projects remain on schedule. Collaborate closely with the project Surveyor to consider commercial implications and make informed decisions. Manage internal and external design teams to ensure all materials, resources, and plans align with project deadlines. Keep the Operations Manager updated on project progress, addressing any financial, scheduling, or specification risks. Champion the use of sustainable practices throughout project planning and delivery. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry.
