Print Operator

Traditional Print Operator required on a temp to perm basis. To start as soon as possible. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 The role is based in Biggleswade. Job description The suitable candidate must have a good working knowledge and direct experience with pad printing and screen printing technologies and have the ability to set-up a unique range of jobs, problem solve during production runs, and maintain high quality standards throughout production. This is a hands on role, with a core requirement to produce jobs quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Approximately 80% of the work will be pad printing and 20% screen printed. The position will require a mix of both independent working and working within a team depending on the specific production and operational requirements. Responsibilities Setup and print customer orders using pad and screen print technologies Protect profit margins by keeping production fallout and wastage to an absolute minimum Complete and update technical records when producing orders Requirements Proven experience with pad printing and screen printing Good communication skills Keen eye for detail Passion for quality and excellence Package Salary Paying up to £15.00 per hour depending on experience 5 days per week Monday to Friday 40 hours per week 08:00-16:30 TPBN1_UKTJ
