The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of family law, empathy for clients in difficult situations, and the ability to manage complex cases efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Solicitors in managing cases involving domestic abuse and child arrangements.Conduct legal research and draft documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.Prepare case files and maintain meticulous records.Support Solicitors during hearings and trials.Liaise with social services, law enforcement, and other relevant agencies.Provide clients with clear and compassionate communication throughout their case.About YouMinimum of 6 months as a family paralegal with a focus on domestic abuse and child arrangements.Strong understanding of family law and court procedures.Excellent research, drafting, and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
