Investment Associate - Healthcare Private Equity
Are you an experienced investment professional with a passion for healthcare and private equity? Our recruitment agency is representing a top-tier, innovative private equity firm focused on the healthcare sector. Our client is dedicated to transforming healthcare by investing in pioneering technologies and services. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Investment Associate to join their esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities within the healthcare sector. Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market research, financial analysis, and competitive assessments. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio management. Investment Memos: Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal review and decision-making. Portfolio Management: Monitor and support the performance of portfolio companies, providing strategic insights and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and industry experts to execute investment strategies and drive value creation.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a plus. Experience: 3-6 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, preferably with exposure to the healthcare sector. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis. Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.
